Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Marietta Gutter Cleaning & Repair ("we," "us") operates mariettaguttercleaningandrepair.com, a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, and your choices.

Information we collect

When you submit the estimate form

Your name, phone number, email address (optional), ZIP code, the service you need, the height of your home, whether trees hang over your roof, whether you have gutter guards (see our gutter guard guide and are gutter guards worth it?), your description, your preferred contact time, your consent choice, the page you submitted from, and the date and time. We also record your IP address and browser user-agent to help prevent spam and abuse.

When you call

Our phone number is a call-tracking number provided through a telecommunications provider (Twilio). When you call, the provider may record your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and the page or source that led you to call. Calls may be recorded for quality, training and dispute-resolution purposes, and callers hear a notice at the start of the call. Calls are forwarded to an independent local professional.

When you browse

Our web host automatically keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) for security and troubleshooting. If we add a website analytics tool in the future, we will update this policy to describe it.

How we use your information

How we share it

We share the details of your request with the independent professional we connect you with so they can contact you and prepare an estimate. That professional is a separate business with its own privacy practices. We also use service providers that help us run the site and phone line (for example, our web host, email provider, and call-tracking provider). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

How form submissions are stored

When you submit the form, your request is (1) emailed to us, and (2) saved as a backup record in a file on our web hosting server, in a location that is not publicly accessible from the web. Emails are stored in our email provider's systems. We keep lead records for as long as needed to respond to your request and for our business records, and we delete them when no longer needed.

Text messages

If you consent, we or the professional we connect you with may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by calling (678) 721‑8964 or by sending a request through our contact form (write "privacy request" in the description). Information already shared with an independent professional is subject to their policies, and we'll pass along your deletion request where we can.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date shows when it last changed.
